If the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska announces the pricing or closing of long-term bonds issued through the University of Nebraska Facilities Corporation totaling at least $250 million in aggregate principal amount, whose stated purposes include financing the Memorial Stadium "Big Red Rebuild" project before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.
