DOXA Terms of Use
Last updated: 07th of May, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (together with all documents incorporated herein by reference, the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOXA platform, available at https://doxa.win/ (the "Site"), and all associated services, features, interfaces, and tools provided by us ("DOXA,", "we," "us," or "our").
DOXA operates as a unified, single-window aggregation platform that allows users to browse prediction markets and token-based event outcome contracts offered by independent third-party platforms ("Third-Party Platforms"). DOXA does not itself operate a prediction market, exchange, or brokerage. All actual transactions -- including token purchases, trading, and settlement -- are executed exclusively on and through Third-Party Platforms.
By accessing, registering on, or using the Site or any of its features in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, including and Class Action Waiver set out in Section 13.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or any feature.
NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR ANY FEATURE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR ANY FEATURE.
2. Description of the Platform and DOXA features
2.1 Overview
DOXA provides users with a single, integrated interface through Site (the "Platform") through which they may:
- Browse and view information about prediction market events and outcome tokens listed on Third-Party Platforms;
- Connect their self-hosted digital wallets;
- Initiate token purchases on Third-Party Platforms by being directed or connected to those platforms from within the DOXA interface;
- View real-time pricing, market data, and other publicly available information sourced from Third-Party Platforms.
DOXA is solely an information aggregation and navigation tool. DOXA does not execute, settle, clear, or control any transactions. All token purchases, trades, and related financial activities occur exclusively on the applicable Third-Party Platform.
2.2 Third-Party Platforms
The Third-Party Platforms currently integrated into DOXA include, without limitation:
- Polymarket -- https://polymarket.com/
- Opinion -- https://app.opinion.trade/
- Kalshi -- https://kalshi.com/
- Limitless -- https://limitless.exchange/ This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice. DOXA does not endorse, represent, or warrant the suitability, legality, reliability, or completeness of any Third-Party Platform or the services it provides. Each Third-Party Platform is an independent entity over which DOXA has no control.
2.3 DOXA Commission
Prior to the completion of any token purchase initiated through the DOXA Platform to Third-Party Platform, DOXA will display, in real time and in clear and accessible form, the amount of the commission fee (the "DOXA Commission") applicable to that specific transaction. By proceeding with any token purchase after reviewing the displayed DOXA Commission, you irrevocably accept and agree to pay that commission.
You acknowledge and expressly agree that:
- The DOXA Commission is separate from, and in addition to, any fees, charges, spreads, or costs that may be levied by the applicable Third-Party Platform in connection with the same transaction;
- Third-Party Platforms may independently impose additional fees, transaction costs, gas fees, network fees, or other charges at the time of, or following, your token purchase;
- DOXA has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, any fees charged by Third-Party Platforms;
- Once a transaction has been initiated and the DOXA Commission has been paid or authorized, DOXA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome, execution, settlement, or any other aspect of that transaction on the Third-Party Platform.
