If a bill titled "Patients Before Monopolies Act," or an equivalent bill aimed at curbing monopolistic practices (specifically joint ownership of PBM and Pharmacy businesses) in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, becomes law after Issuance and before Jan 4, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
