Each outcome is a separate contract with its own rules. The rules for Before Apr 1, 2027:
If the White House officially announces that it will end its access bans on CNN, MS NOW, and Politico after Issuance and before Apr 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Only reporting from the White House qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity. The qualifying publication must announce a definite White House decision that the access bans on CNN, MS NOW, and Politico will end, be lifted, terminated, or rescinded, including a definite future restoration. A statement covering only one or two outlets, merely acknowledging a court order, or saying the White House will comply temporarily while continuing to challenge the order does not qualify. Decisions about the Associated Press's access do NOT count.
