If Venezuela agrees to or announces a formal decision by the National Electoral Council calling the election for President of Venezuela before Apr 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. The decision calling the election for President of Venezuela must be issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE) and must set the voting date. Statements of intent, planned or expected dates, declarations of a vacancy in the presidency, and statements by parties, the Government, foreign governments or other officials do not qualify unless they officially record that the decision has been issued. The decision counts if it is signed or officially announced after Issuance and before the market's date.
