Resolution rules
If physical work on the East Potomac Golf Links course in Washington, D.C. resumes after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Only reporting from any of the Source Agencies qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity. Only work at East Potomac Golf Links counts: the existing course grounds, its miniature golf course and clubhouse, and any other land in East Potomac Park where the work is done to build the redesigned course. Seawall repair and other work elsewhere in the park or in Washington, D.C. is outside this market. Qualifying work is physical: cutting down or removing trees, excavating or regrading ground, demolishing course or clubhouse structures, or building or installing new course features or buildings. Work counts regardless of how the government or its contractors characterize it, including as maintenance, hazard-tree management or redevelopment.
