Resolution rules
If core CPI inflation MoM is above headline CPI inflation MoM for October 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Only the first non-preliminary release of each value will be used. Revisions published after the first non-preliminary release will not affect resolution. For purposes of this market, “core CPI” means the seasonally adjusted one-month percent change for “All items less food and energy” in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, as reported by BLS. “Headline CPI” means the seasonally adjusted one-month percent change for “All items” in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, as reported by BLS. The comparison will use the one-decimal values reported by BLS. If the values are equal, the market resolves No.
