If the New York City Department of Health officially announces a new public-health advisory warning residents of a health risk explicitly linked to unauthorized entry into New York City's sewer system after market issuance and before November 1, 2026 , then the market resolves to Yes. In order for this market to resolve Yes, the New York City Department of Health (NYC Health) must announce that an advisory is being issued warning New York City residents of a health risk explicitly linked to unauthorized entry into New York City's sewer system. Official agency communications and authorized spokesperson statements qualify; rumors and unconfirmed media reports do not. No independent proof of illness or medical causation is required beyond the qualifying official announcement. The announcement must occur after market issuance and before November 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
