Each outcome is a separate contract with its own rules. The rules for New Orleans:

If the New Orleans Pro Football team is announced as the host of the 2031 Pro Football Championship and confirmed by any of the Source Agencies, then the market resolves to Yes. Once an official host for the 2031 Pro Football Championship is announced by any of the Source Agencies, the market corresponding to that host stadium will resolve to Yes, and all other markets will resolve to No. Markets will be resolved based on the first official host announcement.
