If Rand Paul is the first Ranking Member of Senate HELP Committee for the 120th Congress, then the market resolves to Yes. If no named person is the first Ranking Member of Senate HELP Committee for the 120th Congress by Feb 1, 2027 at 10:00 AM ET, every market resolves to No.
