Resolution rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Manchester City FC is sanctioned with a deduction of Premier League points as a result of the Premier League's proceedings against Manchester City FC concerning alleged breaches of the Premier League's financial rules, which were announced on February 6, 2023 (commonly referred to as the "115 charges" case) by June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A points deduction will count once it is officially imposed by the independent Regulatory Commission or on appeal and publicly announced, regardless of which season it applies to or whether it is later appealed, reduced, or overturned. A suspended points deduction that is not immediately applied will not count. Points deductions imposed for any other matter will not count. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Premier League, the independent Regulatory Commission, the Appeal Board, or Manchester City FC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
