Resolution rules
If the Illinois’s seasonally adjusted Purchase-Only FHFA HPI for Q4 2026 is above 327.38, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the index_sa value for Illinois (IL), year 2026, quarter 4, in FHFA’s quarterly state Purchase-Only House Price Index dataset. The market measures Q4-over-Q4 price change, not an annual average or calendar-year average. Resolution uses the first FHFA publication containing the Q4 2026 value; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution.
