If Tomoyuki Sugano has 15+ outs recorded in the Colorado vs Chicago WS professional baseball game originally scheduled for Sep 25, 2026 at 7:40 PM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes. Player Participation & Settlement Criteria If Tomoyuki Sugano is scratched or is not a starting pitcher, the market will resolve to the fair market price. If Tomoyuki Sugano is not a starting pitcher but later enters the game, the market will resolve to the fair market price, relief appearances will not count towards this market. If Tomoyuki Sugano is a starting pitcher and records at least one pitch the market will settle based on outs recorded.
