If the 2030 Men's World Cup tournament will have a field of 64 teams for the main tournament and is confirmed by any of the Source Agencies, then the market resolves to Yes. If it is confirmed that the 2030 Men's World Cup will have a field or 32, 48, or any other set of teams different from 64 teams by any of the Source Agencies this market will resolve No.
