Resolution rules
If Jeanie Buss and/or any trust or legal entity holding her ownership interest in the Los Angeles L Pro Basketball team executes or enters into a definitive, legally binding agreement to sell all remaining ownership interests attributable to Jeanie Buss in the Los Angeles L Pro Basketball team after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. A qualifying action is an officially confirmed execution of or entry into a definitive agreement. Closing may occur after the deadline. Negotiations, letters of intent, drafts, rumors, and unexecuted or conditional announcements do not count. A transfer solely to an affiliate or entity controlled by the named holder does not count unless the specified beneficial ownership interest is sold to an unaffiliated buyer. Kalshi is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Governing League.
