Each outcome is a separate contract with its own rules. The rules for 2H Moneyline:
In the second half of the college football game between Maine and Rhode Island, scheduled for October 31 at 12:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Maine" if Maine outscore Rhode Island in the second half. This market will resolve to "Rhode Island" if Rhode Island outscore Maine in the second half. If both teams score the same number of points in the second half, this market will resolve 50-50. Points scored in the second half and in any overtime count toward this market. First-half points are not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
